Craft is a Artisan Bistro and Beer, which is a conventional “Bistro” styled establishment with a specialist beer and tappas component, companied by our Stellenbosch centric wine and micro brewery menu that creates a modern European patronage experience. Our bakers and chefs are well travelled is renowned for beautiful hand made breads, and great tapas made freshly onsite using only craft produce
We are seeking prospective franchisees that understand the restaurant business, we prefer owner operated with a passion for quality and service and at the same time be actively involved on a day to day basis. The Craft Concept
Established in 2014 by the same company that own and operates the well known Java Cafe/Bistro Franchise the first Craft wheat & hops outlet opened in Stellenbosch and was an immediate success with our unique combination of Craft beer, Artisan bread baked on site and original wood fired Flammenkuchen and tapas set in a warm rustic wood panelled lay out. All our food are handmade on site using locally sourced fresh natural items prepared by qualified chef and bakers. We now have 15 micro breweries on tap with another 20 breweries available bottled and most of our food have some form of Craft beer in the recipe. We have started franchising Craft this year 2016 with the second Craft opening in Somerset West in November 2016 and many more planned
